The company’s massive expansion comes at a pivotal time for parents who have expressed that between their own busy work schedules and their kids' intense after school activities, they don’t have enough time to cook an extensive meal.  Yet, according to a recent survey of 1000 parents commissioned by One Potato and conducted through Google Surveys, the desire is there. In fact, over half of survey respondents who indicated that they currently never eat together or only eat together once a week, shared that they would eat together more if meals took less time to prepare.
